Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ (not an apostle of the 2x2s or workers), foresaw and warned the Christians at Corinth of deceivers that would bring another gospel, another spirit and beguile people from the true Jesus Christ. It is no wonder that these deceivers have gone throughout the world.

Jesus Christ taught apostles who became learned in fishing for men. They were not ignorant imbeciles that taught whatever they felt like. They were given power by God.

2Co 11:3-4 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

2Co 11:13-15 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Many 2x2s claim to be led by a spirit. Many 2x2s claim that there is a spirit present in their meetings.

• Fear of talking with people knowledgeable of the Word of the Lord
• Fear of talking about their beliefs
• Fear of publishing their beliefs
• Fear of publicly talking about their beliefs and answering questions
• Love and idolatry of workers
• Ignorance of Word of God
• Compulsive lying to try to cover ignorance
• Making excuses to not do God's will
• Fear of the truth
• Violence towards people who reveal their beliefs
• Loss of love for family and even natural love for others
• Contention in family and disobedient to parents

• Are you being led by a spirit?
• If so, what spirit is it?
• Do you know how to try the spirits?
• Do you know if you have the spirit of God?
