Since Irvine claims to have received a special revelation, he had an excuse to believe he was above others. This pride and reasoning has spawned several classes of people in the 2x2 movement.

Overseers want to be obeyed above God and not be questioned by anyone else. Overseers get to travel around the world, go to many special meetings, receive inheritances given them through wealthy followers and decide who goes where. Overseers receive special housing at conventions.

Olders workers are to obey overseers and younger workers are to idolize them. Older workers typically have bank accounts from what I hear. They boss the younger workers around, receive better housing at conventions and sit apart from the followers at conventions. They get better food and treatment and collect more money through mail.

Younger workers are to save the money they collect and give it to the older workers and overseers at conventions. They get the dirty job and lowest housing facilities at conventions but sit apart from the followers and get better food than followers at conventions.

Elders are to obey the workers (except some younger workers) and are to be obeyed by the followers in their cult meetings.

Rich followers are expected to pay for the meeting halls rent, provide money and labor for conventions, house the workers, provide the workers with cars and car insurance, help with worker's medical expenses and provide nice food for the workers. As a result of this workers treat them special and other followers are to not complain about rich followers offenses.

Peasant followers are to give money to workers, obey the elders, house the workers, provide food and wash the clothes of the workers and not ask questions that make anyone uncomfortable.
