| Harold Bennett, Current 2x2 Oregon Cult Overseer

Con artist Harold Bennett
Harold Bennett is the current overseer of the 2x2 group in Oregon
Harold Bennett is a con artist. He is a person who swindles people by means of deception. Harold Bennett is the current overseer of the 2x2 cult in Oregon. He manages about 50 workers who work with him to deceive people. He tells them who their companion is to be. He tells them which cities to stay in. He approves or disapproves who can be elders. He tells the workers what they can and cannot preach. They take orders from him. He excommunicates followers of the workers who he does not want in the group. He does not follow the Bible. He follows the pattern of William Irvine, a spin-off experiment of Free Masonry. He deceives people by not telling them more about the group and how it is run. Harold Bennett has personally told me that he does not pay taxes. He told me also that workers do not pay taxes. When I was a 2x2 worker, I was told by my older 2x2 companion that I should not file tax returns. It was reported to me by Joel Lewis that Doug Corcoran (has wife Ingrid) manages money and invests money in stock market for Harold Bennett.
Harold Bennett does not make public his beliefs. From my conversations with him, he's used deceit and word tricks to keep people from me from knowing the truth about the cult. I do not believe he is a good man.
Harold Bennett goes to visit his problem fields in Oregon to "straighten" people out. If Harold Bennett is in your meeting, then you usually know that someone else is not "fitting in". It's an unspoken thing. Harold isn't exactly a guy you would give a man hug. He's unapproachable and reminds many of being an axe man. He has a stern unfriendly countenance with a put on smile when he shakes hands. Not exactly a friend to many.
I believe Harold Bennett doesn't understand the basics in life. People are people. They are not things to be used and abused to suit your pleasure. Life is about relationships. It's about loving God and others, not about using others to try to gain respect. I hope someday Harold Bennett learns not to scoff and mock the people that fleeces money from. I hope someday he becomes respectful instead of a cult con man. Howard Mooney had charisma. Cult leaders need that to keep them from realizing they're involved in a cult. Harold Bennett doesn't has that. He tries to impress people with his preaching, but his preaching isn't even impressive. The followers will "respect him" to his face, but what he isn't looking, they talk otherwise. How can people respect him when he preaches in the cult meetings about love and kindness but is abusive, manipulative and deceives people. I hope someday Harold will wake up to the things that even children know: You can't lie and deceive people forever. Good qualities last. Abuse doesn't work in the long run. God has always been right about that and cult leaders will never be right.
Being a cult leader is a lonely thing. You can abuse people and use them. You can threaten people and punish them by who you put them with in the 2x2 way or what field you send them to. But this will not earn their respect or trust. Abusive people doesn't help people or give them a whole heart. Cult leaders soon become lonely people and when their dejection shows, the cult followers see it and become dejected. This is why so many are leaving the 2x2 cult.
Harold Bennett, overseer of 2x2 group in Oregon, is a man I do not trust. I would advise you to stay away from him and contact the local authorities about his running a for-profit business without registering his business in Oregon and for not obtaining a business license. If he advises you to give him money and not report it to IRS, please contact the IRS.
